Belt Conveyor

Introduction:

Belt conveyors have the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and standardized components. They are widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and coal to transport loose materials or finished items. According to the requirements of the conveying process, they can be transported by a single unit, or composed of multiple units or other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of different types of operation lines, Suitable for conveying powder, granular, and small pieces of low grinding materials with a bulk density of less than 1.67/ton/cubic meter, as well as bagged materials that are easy to remove, such as coal, crushed stone, sand, cement, fertilizers, grains, etc. The temperature of the delivered material is less than 60 ℃. The length and assembly form of the aircraft can be determined according to user requirements, and the transmission can be either an electric drum or a drive device with a drive frame.

There are various structural forms of belt conveyors, including slot belt conveyors, flat belt conveyors, climbing belt conveyors, tilting belt conveyors, turning belt conveyors, and other forms.

Commonly used belt conveyors can be divided into: ordinary canvas core belt conveyor, steel rope core high-strength belt conveyor, fully explosion-proof downward conveyor belt conveyor, fire-resistant belt conveyor, dual speed double conveyor belt conveyor, reversible mobile belt conveyor, cold resistant belt conveyor, and so on.

Belt conveyors mainly consist of racks, conveyor belts, belt rollers, tensioning devices, transmission devices, etc.
